[plicar]- urban light truck
The expected increase in traffic in the year 2020, especially in the congested urban areas, requires new concepts for the carriage of goods to use traffic space more effective.
In the main, my project contains a variable wheeler.It suits its loading space to the particular condition and just takes up the required space. So unloaded, [plicar] is an agile and compact vehicle that can be enlarged to a full light truck.
In view of the design, the main intention was to
create a defensive vehicle that integrates in urban space by its mutable concept.
This project won the »VDA Design Award 2006«.
